Production sound mixer · Sound workflow consultant · CAS Associate
Marco “Tato” Vargas brings production sound into the creative and technical conversation from development and script analysis through production, editorial, and post. Available for productions throughout Spain, Europe & the Caribbean.
The work
The strongest production sound rarely begins on the first day of shooting. It begins by understanding the story, its locations, its visual language, and the way sound will move through the complete production workflow.
Tato works across departments to identify challenges early and develop practical sound strategies that protect the creative intention—from recording and playback to timecode, wireless coordination, data, editorial, and final delivery.
